StockPulse Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account on StockPulse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. StockPulse is operated by RatikLytics Limited ("we", "us", "our").
2. Data Sovereignty & Ownership
Your Data: You retain absolute ownership of all proprietary business data uploaded to the Platform, including but not limited to Product Catalogs, Material Catalogs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Sales Forecasts. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.
Our Platform: RatikLytics Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its code, algorithms, design, and logic.
3. Use of Service
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
StockPulse is a decision-support tool. While we strive for 100% accuracy, all production and financial decisions remain the responsibility of the User. RatikLytics Limited shall not be liable for any loss of profits, production delays, or business interruptions arising from the use of the Platform.
5. Termination & Data Deletion
Users are responsible for exporting their data using the available 'Download' functions within the Platform prior to account closure. We do not provide manual data extraction services. Upon termination, all data will be purged from our active systems within 30 days.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
