RatikLytics Limited ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data handled by our platform, StockPulse. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the UK GDPR.
2. Data Roles & Responsibilities
Account Information: RatikLytics Limited acts as a Data Controller regarding your personal account information (such as your name, designation, and business email) which we require to manage your access to the Platform.
Business Operations Data: Regarding the proprietary business data you upload (such as Inventory, Product definitions, and BOMs), the User remains the Data Controller and RatikLytics Limited acts as the Data Processor, handling such information strictly according to your instructions and the functional requirements of the Platform.
3. Data We Collect
Registration Data: Name, job title, business name, business email, industry sector, headcount range, and expected annual turnover.
Business Operations Data: Inventory levels, product/material definitions, and sales forecasts. Note: We do not collect or store supplier identities or third-party personal data.
Technical Metadata: To ensure platform security, our infrastructure (Supabase) automatically logs technical data, including IP addresses and login timestamps, during the authentication process.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to provide the services you have signed up for) and Legitimate Interests (to maintain the security and operational integrity of StockPulse).
5. Our Sub-processors
We use vetted third-party services to deliver a secure and high-performance experience:
Supabase: For secure database hosting and account authentication.
Resend: For the delivery of system notifications and team invitations. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
6. Your Rights & Retention
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Retention: We retain your data for the duration of your active account. Upon account closure, all proprietary business data is purged from our active systems within 30 days.
