1. Scope of Communications

We communicate with our users in two ways:

• Service Notifications: These are essential communications regarding your account, security updates, invoices, or critical system changes. These are mandatory to maintain your account and cannot be opted out of.

• Marketing Communications: These include product updates, new feature announcements, industry insights, and educational content related to StockPulse.

2. How We Collect Consent

We only send marketing communications to individuals who have:

1. Provided explicit consent by opting in during registration or via our preference centre; or

2. Are existing customers where we have a legitimate interest in providing updates about similar products or services (consistent with the "soft opt-in" provisions under PECR).

3. Your Rights & Unsubscribing

You have absolute control over your marketing preferences.

• Easy Opt-out: Every marketing email we send includes a clear, one-click "Unsubscribe" link in the footer.

• Processing: Once you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our marketing distribution list immediately. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your request to propagate through all our systems.

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information with third-party companies for their marketing purposes.
